One of the many joys of peri menopause is hair loss. I also color treat my hair and the constant heat styling, pulling it back, and wearing a sleep mask at night was causing breakage.
I have been using these 2 products diligently for the latest 3 months and I am so happy with the results that I am in this for the long haul!

✨White wide leg denim is a summer must have and this sweater is perfect for chilly evenings! So soft and a cute alternative to a sweatshirt!

✨Summer is my favorite !!! We had the best time at @libbeyscoastalkitchen the other night. Delicious cocktails and one of the best crab cakes I have had in a while! Love that place! Best sunset view in Annapolis!
