There are 3 major mistakes mature women make when applying concealer!!!

The first one is the most important……

1️⃣ You are not PREPPING the area first!
Your concealer will look like crap if you apply it to dry skin. Use a hydrating lightweight eye cream and apply generously to the under eye area. Let it sit for at least 10 minutes. (Brush your teeth, do your hair….)Then wipe of excess and apply concealer! What a difference!!!!

2️⃣ You are using the wrong color!
Most women use a shade that is way too light, creating the dreaded racoon effect instead of actually concealing dark circles. Choose a shade that MATCHES your skin tone and use it SPARINGLY! You an always add more. If you have dark circles, choose a shade with a peach undertone to color correct!!

3️⃣ You are using WAY TO MUCH!!!!
Concealer is a dense product by nature and you need VERY LITTLE to see a big difference. Apply it to the inner and outer corners of your eyes, avoiding your smile lines. Just apply it where you see redness and/or darkness. Blend, blend, blend!

This is my current morning skincare routine. It takes me less than 3 minutes.
I add the Kosas sunscreen at the end if I am not wearing my I Cosmetics CC Cream that has SPF 50 in it!

Pink is my favorite color and I love incorporating it into my makeup look.
I think it adds a fresh and pretty pop of color and is suitable for any complexion.

I pulled out all of my fancy makeup for this look that would be perfect for a date night makeup look, a wedding, or any event or occasion. Or, just wear it for the heck of it!
Here are the stars of the show:

⭐️The foundation is a favorite for a fancy event. It is absolutely beautiful and looks like skin but better. I really covers my imperfections, but doesn’t look heavy or caky. SHADE 4.5

⭐️ I love this eyeshadow palette for just a pop of shimmer and color on the lid. It has 4 gorgeous shades and is so easy to use. PILLOW TALK

⭐️ This blush is absolutely stunning. Igives a dimensional flush to your cheeks that is just beautiful and vibrant. I comes in other shades as well and is refillable. FRENCH ROSÉ

⭐️ I have quickly become a fan of this line of lipsticks. Everything about them is GORGEOUS! This pop of pink is so pretty and perfect for any occasion.

One of the many joys of peri menopause is hair loss. I also color treat my hair and the constant heat styling, pulling it back, and wearing a sleep mask at night was causing breakage.
