Cheers to the weekend! We have made it through, girlies. Let’s celebrate with a good margarita, shall we? I am mostly a wine drinker, but I LOVE a good margarita when the weather turns warm. This is, in my opinion, the best classic margarita recipe, hands down! I consider myself a bit of a connoisseur and have finally perfected it. The key is fresh citrus juice and a bit of lime zest for a special and pretty touch. None of that sweet and syrupy margarita mixes crap over here. This recipe is surprisingly simple and easy enough to adapt to a crowd. I make a larger pitcher in advance if we have a party, and just keep the drinks flowing. I set up the pitcher right next to my Opal Nugget Ice Maker, so everyone can serve themselves.
If you are looking for something a bit different, you can give my Blood Orange Margaritas a try. They are also quite delicious. I found these amazing acrylic glasses, that are perfect for outside and look just like real glass, so we can all feel like adults drinking out of our plastic cups! Cheers!
