We are one month into 2021. Last year was a doozy and I have made it my mission this year to be kind to myself and practice more self-care. I am a stress eater and also tend to finish what my kids leave on their plate. I am not a big exercise lover and never have been. There I said it. I have never enjoyed organized exercise, gyms, running, or that kind of thing. However, I love taking barre and yoga classes at home. Only 25 minutes a day is all it takes to keep me centered, strong, and focused. I have made it a priority every day, to shut my bedroom door and take this time for myself.
