Another week has come and gone and it is time for another Friday Favorites. You all seemed to enjoy the last one, so here goes this week’s series and I am sharing 5 things I have been loving this week.
5 THINGS I AM LOVING RIGHT NOW
I was so impressed with this sheet mask! I don’t use sheet masks a ton, but this is the best one I have ever tried. It really soothes and hydrates my skin and leaves it noticeable calmer with visibly less redness than before. They are not cheap, aboiut $12.50 per mask, but still noticeable cheaper than a salon facail. The reuslts last a few days. This is my favorite special occasion mask. FOr maximum benefet, use an exfolaiting mask and then follow up wit htis one for glowing and vcalm skin.
I am a pasta and carb lover, but my metabolism isn’t what it used to be. I don’t know about you, but I am sucker for the sample station at Trader Joe’s and that is how I discovered this deliciousness. They are soooo yummy and satisfying when you want a hot meal without tons of prep and fuss. Just follow the easy directions and this is done in about 10 minutes. It is perfect the perfect meal for one when the hubby is out of town. I have stocked up because I am scared they will sell out. Next time you are running to TJ’s, grab a bag and give it a try.
I have been a fan of essential oils for a long time and I am constantly diffusing them through my house. I have 3 diffusers on the ground floor and we each have one in our bedrooms and avidly diffuse oils at night. I used to buy the Young Living oils and loved everything about them, except the price. Yikes!! I recently switched to Revive and they are so much more affordable and the quality is fantastic. The holiday collection is amazing and I have been diffusing Christmas Morning on repeat. I shared my favorite diffuser for in this post. Use my link to get a $10.00 gift card on your first order.
I am at the age where I am done compromising and one of those things is itchy sweaters. I am done. If they are not soft and snuggly on my skin, forget it. This sweater is just that and looks great with jeans, but is equally amazing with a skirt, or a dressier outfit for holiday parties. The cropped fit makes it great for wearing with skirts without overpowering it. I got the off white and it is like a soft cloud, but the other colors are pretty as well. I sized up one size.
I only wash my hair about twice a week, so you can imagine there is quite a bit of build up happening by the time I wash it. This stuff is great. It gently cleanses my hair and leaves it fresh and bouncy with zero build up. It gets rid off all of my product residue for a fresh start, without stripping my color. I will never be without this stuff again.
I hope you enjoyed this weeks round-up. Have a great weekend everyone and share your recent favorites with me!
