If you are hanging at home for the upcoming Memorial Day weekend and are planning a BBQ, I have the perfect summer salad for you. I made it the other week and it was so yummy and held up really well. I ate it for lunch all week long. I added some grilled chicken and it was perfect! You can make it for a summery dinner or bring it to a party. It can be made a day ahead and I actually prefer it that way. I feel like it gives the flavors a chance to really meld together. Just make sure to toss it again right before serving. Let me know, if you give it a try. If you are looking for a fun cocktail to have at your cookout, you should give my Blood Orange Margarita a try. it is so good and refreshing on a hot summer day. Enjoy!

- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
