SPRING MIMOSA BAR
I usually save my boozy posts for the weekend, but since Easter is coming, I thought I would give you a chance to put together this super fun Spring Mimosa Bar, just in time for Easter weekend. It is perfect for brunch, or many other occasions (ie. a bridal shower, baby shower, a bachelorette, or even a girl’s birthday party. party. Just replace the champagne with some sparking water and Voilà.)
It is so easy to put together and takes minimal prep and planning. To make it even easier, I have included a couple of fun printables to help you. I assembled this with stuff I already had lying around the house. Get creative – it is what makes this fun. All you really need is some champagne, fruit, and a bunch of different juices. You can get as fancy as you want, but it can also be a a very causal affair. People love it and is a great ice breaker for any party. Happy Spring!
What you need:
Sparkling Water (optional)
Fun bar accesories
Imagination (not optional)
The night before:
Make sure your champagne is chilling in the fridge.
Wash & dry fruit
Attach juice labels to bottles
Assemble & style mimosa station
Here are the juice tags I made for you guys:
Download them here:
About 45 minutes before your guests arrive:
Fill bottles with juices group together on mimosa bar
Chop fruit and display in small bowls close to the juices
Right before your guest arrive, pull champagne out of fridge and put in ice bucket on the bar.
My champagne printable is old, but I have made you guys a similar one. Just print it, pop it in a frame and add it to your spread for a fun touch.
You can download it here.
That’s is really all. I gathered my champagne flutes (currently on sale) and some fun, decorative accessories from around the house. I used my favorite cake stand to add some height to the table. I got the small juice bottles here. The tassels are left over from Valentine’s Day, but Target now has a very pretty Spring version as well and this one is really cute also. You can really add your own flair to it, but most importantly, have fun and enjoy!
