Valentine’s Day Date Night Outfit
Valentine’s day is a week away and I want to share a cute Date Night outfit idea with you, just in time. When shopping for clothes, I am always looking for versatile pieces that can be worn in may different ways to maximize my wardrobe. Everything in this post fits the bill. I will wear this outfit for my Valentine’s date, but all of the pieces are suited for lots of occasions. I think this is a smarter way to shop, rather than focusing on a specific event.
Outfit details:
The shirt is so versatile and can be dressed up or down. It is very sheer, so you will need a camisole underneath. I bought this one and I love it. It is such a sweet shirt with the ruffles, but the sheerness makes is sexy. If you are daring, a black bra underneath can definitely UP the sexy factor. It also work under a blazer for work, or for a more casual occasion – maybe with cords and a denim jacket?
I adore this coat. It is so warm and cozy and I love the blush color. It is surprisingly versatile and I get tons of compliments on it. It also comes in black, but I love how unexpected the pink is. I wear it all the time and it looks so cute with a graphic tee underneath and paired with jeans and sneakers.
These days, leopard is considered a neutral. I bough this clutch during the Nordstrom sale and I can not tell you how many times I have used it. It really goes with everything. Mine is unfortunately sold out, but they have a super similar one that is just as cute.
I love a fun twist on a classic. These shoes work with everything from jeans, to dresses, to suiting for work and I love the unexpected pop they give a neutral outfit. I also found these super sexy ones. #swoon

Happy Valentine’s Day, girls! How are you spending it? My hubby will be out of town. We are celebrating a few days early and on the actual day, I will be in jammies on the couch binging my favorite girly shows with a glass of wine.
