During recent months I had the opportunity to try out some products from Pixi and I have been really enjoying them.  However, a few of them really stood out and today I will share my favorite Pixi beauty products with you.

(This is not a sponsored post and all opinions are my own.  I did receive these products as gifts, but was under no obligation to review them. I loved a few of the products so much, that I felt it was my duty to let you know about them.  The links I provide are affiliate links, which means I earn a  small commission, if you use these links.  Thank you for supporting my blog.)

This product is fantastic and may be my favorite of the bunch all together.  It is a fragrance-free cleanser comprised of a solid cleansing oil and a cleansing cream.  You start with the oil and then cleanse again with the cleansing cream to give you squeaky clean, yet super soft and hydrated skin.  It is a very rich and luxurious feeling cleanser that rivals some of the more expensive cleansing balms on the market. It is excellent for sensitive skin and does a great job of ridding yourself from all of the gunk during the warmer weather in a very gentle way. A must try in my opinion.

This stuff has achieved cult status for a reason.  I used to believe toner was unnecessary and I still don’t use it on a daily basis, but when my skin needs a little TLC, I will add this step to my routine for a few days. It is an exfoliating toner, containing aloe and ginseng.  It is great for dry, aging and dull skin and will help get you glowing.  It now also comes in these convenient pads, great for travel.

I have always been a fan of misting, but I love the versatility of this Glow Mist.  I apply it before makeup, to help prep skin and afterwards to help my makeup set.  It gives a nice glowy finish and protects the skin with 13 essential oils.  I also keep it in the fridge and spray it throughout the day to keep my skin nourished and refresh my makeup at night. Pixi also makes a Hydrating Milky Mist and a Makeup Fixing Mist.  Both are equally good as well, but the Glow Mist is my favorite.  The Hydrating Milky Mist is also excellent for compromised skin like mine. ( I have rosacea) It is super soothing and hydrating and I love spraying it at night before applying my moisturizer to give my skin an extra skin loving boost.

I was initially hesitant to try this blush.  It looked rather dark in the container, but it is the prettiest and most stunning blush and I am glad I tried it.  It gives you a soft, luminous glow and works on all complexions.  It is perfect for this time of year. ( I also talked about this blush in my most recent favorites video.  You can watch it here.)

I love a pop of color on my lips in the summer.  However, some of the liquid lipsticks, or matte colors require some precision when applying. Not this. The stain is more sheer and gives your lips a ” I just ate a popsicle” like flush and the gloss is the perfect compliment in texture and color.  It is perfect for summer and so versatile.  You can apply just the stain for a brighter color or just the gloss, but I like them together.  It comes in a bunch of colors, but I am loving the Pink Tint/PrettyGloss combo. I also love the light texture and the slightly minty flavor.

Unless you are specifically looking for it, you would walk right past this product.  It is not something you would look at and say “That is so pretty, I have to have it” but it is a total work horse and one of my most used products in my makeup bag. (I use it in this tutorial on how to look more awake.)  I use this eye bright liner on my waterline to wake up my eyes and under my brow as a highlighter. But I don’t stop there.  I use it on my cupids bow, to add subtle dimension and make my lips look fuller, and I use it as a reverse lipliner when I wear a bright lipstick.  The possibilities are endless. Sometimes it is the most mundane and boring product that work the hardest at making you look your best.
